Adobe Reader Older Versions Mac And LinuxAs of now, sorry but you seem to be the hostile one. Adobe 9 or any other opensource alternative, such as Evince, are good for 99.99%, if not 100% of my needs.If you think Linux is not good, instead of telling people who promote it that they are big losers you should try and help the community in developing a better product.I will not comment on the “incompetent, immature and hostile community” part, but if you care to give me proof of that we can educately discuss about it. The rise of products such as Firefox, Google Chrome, Hadoop, R is a clear and strong proof of this.Personally, since I left Windows for Fedora a few years ago I would never ever go back, and lack of Adobe X will not really change my life. Linux is a kernel on which several operating systems are based.As for the “nobody wants to use it” part, should I remind you that the great majority of servers run on Linux based OS, that Android (Linux based) has a big share of the mobile market and that many embedded systems run Linux?
